Building a good reputation is crucial for a school to enhance its competitiveness against other schools. School principals need to have specific strategies to improve the competitiveness of the schools they lead. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the entrepreneurship strategy by the school principal and identify the challenges and solutions applied by the principal of SDIT Insan Kamil Kota Bima in efforts to increase the school’s competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological perspective. Data was obtained through observations, interviews with the school principal, teachers, and parents, as well as activity documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques involved data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurship strategy of the school principal can enhance the school’s competitiveness at SDIT Insan Kamil Kota Bima, as reflected by a relatively high level of community trust, good school achievements, excellent education report, and strong school accreditation ranking.
