IMPLEMENTASI PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA TEMA KEBEKERJAAN DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER KERJA DI SMK NEGERI 2 KOTA MALANG

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) with the theme of employment in shaping student work character at SMK Negeri 2 Malang City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of the research is on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the project, as well as its impact on the formation of student work characters, such as discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and creativity. The results showed that P5 on the theme of employability was designed through collaboration between teachers, students, and industry partners to integrate Pancasila values with 21st century work skills. The project was implemented through project-based learning methods that involved students in real activities according to their field of expertise. The evaluation showed that the implementation of P5 significantly helped improve students' work character, although there are still challenges in consistency of implementation and limited resources. This study recommends strengthening institutional support and increasing collaboration with business and industry.
