Abstract
This study aims to determine the stages in making LKPD, the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness as well as the feasibility of STEM integrated LKPD in science subjects. This development research uses the 4-D development model which consists of 4 stages, namely, 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Development (Develop), 4) Disseminate. The subjects in this study were 1 material expert validator, 1 media expert validator, 1 science teacher, and VIII B class students totaling 20 students. Data collection instruments in the form of interview guidelines, LKPD validation sheets by validators, practicality questionnaire sheets by teachers, and student response questionnaire sheets with data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative data. Based on the results of the study, the average assessment by material experts was 87.6% with a very feasible category, the assessment by media experts was 89.3% with a very feasible category, the average assessment of the level of practicality by teachers was 100% with a very practical category, and the results of students' responses were 88.9%.
