This study aims to analyze the leadership style and communication of the principal in order to improve the performance of teachers at MAN 2 Flores Timur. Effective leadership style and communication are two important factors that can influence teachers' performance in carrying out their duties, both in the teaching-learning process and in professional development. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted at MAN 2 Flores Timur.
