Abstract

Student motivation and learning outcomes play an important role in creating an effective learning environment and supporting the development of entrepreneurial skills, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This study aims to analyze the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of young entrepreneurial students in the context of learning business practitioners in vocational schools. The research subjects involved young entrepreneurial students, entrepreneurship teachers, and curriculum waka. Qualitative descriptive research methods are used to explore experiences and perceptions related to student motivation and learning outcomes, with data obtained through in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and document analysis. The results of the study show that the teaching methods of business practitioners applied by teachers have a significant impact on student motivation and learning outcomes. Students with high motivation tend to achieve better learning outcomes. Supporting factors such as ongoing support from teachers and adequate facilities also play an important role. However, the main challenge faced is the sustainability of business practitioner learning programs. The study recommends the development of partnerships with business practitioners, the improvement of facilities and incentives, and the ongoing supervision of entrepreneurial students. These steps are expected to ensure that business practitioner learning is aligned with industry needs and is able to increase student motivation and learning outcomes at vocational schools.
