Abstract

The planning of the Binsil Irrigation area is located in Banggai Regency, Central Sulawesi, an agricultural area with high agricultural potential. Indonesia is known as an agricultural region with most of the population working as farmers. In supporting agricultural products to meet the needs of food self-sufficiency, weir
planning and irrigation networks are carried out. The construction of the weir in Binsil is intended to raise the water level in order to meet the water needs of D.I. Binsil. The calculation of the mainstay discharge of Malik River water is analyzed using the Dr. F.J. Mock approach method with the calculation of evapotranspiration using the Penman Modification method, the calculation of flood discharge is analyzed using the Hasper approach method with a return period of 100 years. The result of this planning is to get an optimal irrigation network.
