Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-booklet based on the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) that is valid, practical, and effective in enhancing seventh-grade students' understanding of number concepts in mathematics. The research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The developed e-booklet product has been validated by media and material experts, with an average validity score of 3.68 (valid without revision). The implementation of the e-booklet with seventh-grade students at Muhammadiyah Boarding School Tarakan through small and large group trials showed an average practicality score of 3.08 (practical without revision) and effectiveness, evidenced by an average n-gain score of 0.61 (moderate category). The results of this study indicate that the AKM-based e-booklet significantly improves students' understanding of number concepts and is suitable for use in mathematics learning. Further development is recommended to expand its application scope and to add interactive elements to increase student engagement.
