Abstract
Introduction: The immunization program is an effort to protect toddlers against certain diseases. Information from the Ministry of Health stated that during the March-May 2020 pandemic, 83.9% of immunization services for children, such as at posyandu and community health centers, were not implemented. Providing immunization to the community is an important way of providing immunization for adolescents and children for several additional doses of tetanus and diphtheria vaccines, measles-rubella vaccine, HPV vaccine, meningococcal vaccine and typhoid conjunct vaccine. Objective: to identify the completeness of basic infant immunization during the Covid-19 pandemic in Jabung Village, Talun District, Blitar Regency. Method: This research design uses a retrospective descriptive method with analytical descriptive data analysis. In this research, a total sampling technique was used. The sample in this study was 44 babies. Results: Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it was found that all babies had complete BCG immunization, and almost the majority of babies received DPT-HB-HIB, polio, IPV and measles immunizations even though they were not according to age. Conclusion: based on this research, it can be concluded that the majority of babies in this study have received complete basic immunization even though immunization is not according to the recommended age.
