Abstract
Hermina Hospital Malang City is a multi-story building consisting of 7 floors and is one of the important infrastructures as a treatment center in Malang City. In planning the upper structure of Hermina Hospital using reinforced concrete, the building load was analyzed based on SNI 2847:2019 and the STAAD-pro application. The lower system planning for the building is designed using the pile foundation option to determine variable dimensions. The maximum axial load acting on the borepile foundation from the results of load analysis using the StaadPro V8i software is 5775,413 kN which occurs on grid B - 2, and the minimum axial load is 150,409 kN on grid A' - 4. A pile foundation with a diameter of 0.4 m is planned with a pile-bearing capacity of 1356.48 and a group pile-bearing capacity of 6194.501 kN for a depth of 18 m. The pile cap is planned for 4 types, where type 1 has dimensions of 3.6 m x 2.4 m x 1 m, type 2 measures 2.4 m x 1.2 m
x 0.9 m, type 3 measures 3.6 m x 1.2 m x 0,8 m, and type 4 measures 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 0.5 m. This type of cap pile is obtained from the largest axial load, with a reinforcement arrangement of D22 – 100 mm for the hat pile reinforcement in the x and y directions. The most significant decline occurred at 5,94 cm in 96,804 years.
