INTERDEPENDENSI MODAL SOSIAL DENGAN KESEJAHTERAAN ANGGOTA KELOMPOK TANI MULYO 1 DI DESA TEMPEL KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

This research aims to investigate more deeply the “Interdependence of Social Capital with the Welfare of the Member Mulyo 1 Farmer Group in Tempel Village”. The research design uses a quantitative descriptive design. The sampling technique used was the total sampling technique. The data analysis method in this study is descriptive analysis and rank spearman analysis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly
through interviews and distributing questionnaires involving 36 respondents form all members of the Mulyo 1 Farmer Group and secondary data obtained from the head of the Mulyo 1 Farmer Group regarding the list of farmer group members and previous
research from books, journals, and theses that are still relevant. Variable measurements in this study Likert scale measurements. Based on the results of the Spearman rank correlation analysis, it is known that the variables of trust, social networks and reciprocity have a relationship with the welfare of members of the mulyo1 farmer group, while the norm variable has no relationship with the welfare of members of the mulyo 1 farmer group. The overall result of the value of social capital with the welfare of members of the mulyo 1 farmer group has a sufficient and significant relationship
