Abstract
The use of bored pile foundations in high-rise buildings that aim to withstand the forces acting on the upper structure of the building. Based on analysis using the V8i STAAD.Pro application the largest axial load occurred at the E-10 grid column point, which was 469,602 tons. It is planned that the foundation of the drilled pile diameter is 0,6 m with a carrying capacity per pile 190,189 tons and a group pile carrying capacity 478,433 tons for a depth 15 m. Pile cap is planened in 6 types, where pile cap type 3 has dimension of 3 m x 1,5 m x 1 m, types 2 has dimension of 4,5 m x 1,5 m x 1 m and types 1 has dimension 2 m x 2 m x 0,7 m. Pile cap types 6 is the largest types because it bears the largest axial load, with an arrangement of reinforcement D22 -100 mm for repeating pile cap directions x and y, while for reinforcement for D19 – 150 mm and for repeating drill piles with dimensions of 60 cm using reinforcement 8D-22 mm, with spiral reinforcement D10 – 50. The and for repeating drill piles with dimension largest decrease occurred in types 6 pile cap of 3,83 cm with a period of 43 years. Reductions in tall buildings are required to meet the equation S <15+b/600 and obtain 3,83 <16,67 cm, thus fulfilling the equation based on (SNI 8460-2017:178) on Geotechnis.
