Abstract
The research conducted has the aim of knowing how compensation affects
intention to stay with job satisfaction as an intervening variable on gojek drivers
in Malang City. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was taken
with a sample size of 86 respondents. The data collection technique used by
researchers is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is path analysis.
Compensation affects intention to stay. Compensation has a positive and
significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects intention to stay on
gojek drivers in Malang City. And job satisfaction mediates compensation on
intention to stay on gojek drivers in Malang City.
