Abstract
Bullying is a social phenomenon with the potential to negatively impact the psychological well-being of adolescents, often leading to a decrease in their resilience. Resilience, as an indicator of mental strength, plays a crucial role in enabling adolescents to endure and recover from stress and challenging situations. This study aims to enhance the resilience of adolescents who are victims of bullying through the intervention of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). The research employs a quasi-experimental method with a control group pre-post test design, involving ten junior high school female students aged 13 to 15 years. Participants were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group. The measurement tool used was the Adolescent Resilience Scale. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann-Whitney test. The results of the Mann-Whitney test indicated a significant improvement in resilience within the experimental group following the intervention, with a p-value of 0.008 (p < 0.05).
