Abstract

Tourist villages show superior potential. One area that has potential is Menang Village, Pagu District, Kediri Regency. Menang Village has human resource potential, namely POKDARWIS, an association of PKK women who manage its natural resource potential. Based on information from the hamlet head, Mrs. PKK has created preparations from star fruit in the form of drinks and food typical of Menang Village. The processed drink in the form of star fruit juice was made into an icon of Menang Village with the product name MENSO (Menang Suko) dodol product. The benefits felt by homestay owners, especially guides, can gradually increase their income or economy. The community realizes that tourism can produce other than the development of the Kampung Blimbing Tourism Village, contributing positively to increasing community income, both directly and indirectly. The benefits of developing the Kampung Blimbing Tourism Village can be felt directly by residents in the form of increased sales turnover for people who trade, as well as additional income for people who work in the tourism sector. Meanwhile, the indirect impact is the increasing sale value of land, which also means a community investment
