ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN ANALISIS RAISO PADA PT INDOPAMA KARYA PERKASA

Economic growth, both in the industrial sector and in the construction sector, shows a trend that continues to increase from year to year. The increase in activity in the industrial sector has had the consequence of also increasing the need for accommodation facilities for the parties involved in these activities. The aim of this research is to analyze the financial performance of PT Indopama Karya Perkasa using ratio analysis. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative. Quantitative data is secondary data used in this research. The research data is secondary data in the form of PT. Indopama Karya Perkasa’s financial reports. PT.Indopama Karya Perkasa 2020-2022, According to research results summarized using financial ratio analysis, financial performance at PT. Indopama Karya Perkasa between 2020-2022 is still said to be not good in terms of liquidity, profitability and activity ratios. On the solvency ratio of PT. Indopama Karya Perkasa is classified as a company with an increasing level of financial health. This has been explained, that the company has not been efficient in managing its assets and capital to increase sales, obtain maximum profits and be able to pay short-term and long-term obligations.
