PARTISIPASI KADER POSYANDU DALAM IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI DESA GEDANGAN KECAMATAN MADURAN KABUPATEN LAMONGAN

The problem of stunting in Indonesia is still a serious problem. Stunting is one of the common problems that often occurs in society due to lack of nutrition that is obtained by growing babies. Nutritional problems in infants under five years of age (toddlers) are still a high health problem in Indonesia. Therefore, the government has put a special focus on the stunting prevention program, one of which was carried out in Gedangan Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. The concept of stunting, stunting prevention and forms of participation. This study aims to determine the implementation of a participation-based stunting prevention program in Gedangan Village, Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, therefore the researcher determines the subject using porposive techniques, this research uses data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation , and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of this program is nutrition education in the form of a supplementary feeding program and also nutrition counseling in the form of a toddler visit program and the form of participation that is carried out is participation in taking benefits and participating in evaluation. The conclusion from these results is that the implementation of the prevention program can be said to be going well, but there are still obstacles in its implementation.
