UPAYA PENGUSAHA KULINER OLAHAN IKAN ASAP DALAM MENINGKATKAN SOSIAL EKONOMI KELUARGA (Studi di Desa Randu Putih Kecamatan Dringu Kabupaten Probolinggo)

The aim of this research is to to identify and analyze the efforts of smoked fish processed culinary entrepreneurs to improve family socio-economics (Study in Randu Putih Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency)., so this research is entitled Efforts of Culinary Entrepreneurs Processing Smoked Fish to Improve Family Socio-Economics (study in Randu Putih Village, Dringi District, Probolinggo Regency). This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive research approach. The subjects of this research consisted of business actors, village heads, hamlet heads, & employees. Data collection used in this research was observation, interviews, documentation. The results of this research show that there is an impact on socio-economics, namely an increase in income from the establishment of a smoked fish business, which can be seen from the stalls and kiosks that exist today, the business actors who started selling only relied on fish without providing a place to eat until now business actors can set up a stall or place to eat. Most of the stalls currently standing have become their property, which means business actors buy land and set up their own stalls. With the development of culinary processed smoked fish, it has had an impact on opening up job opportunities for local residents, where initially many people did not have jobs so they could get jobs, such as there were residents who became employees at smoked fish stalls and there were also residents who became parking attendants.
