Abstract
Generation Z receives a lot of negative stigma from the current world of work. Based on previous research, the problem that arises is the lack of Work Engagement in employees. Several studies explain Work Engagement in employees is closely related to Employee Well Being. closely related to Employee Well Being. So Therefore, this study aims to analyze whether Employee Well Being is able to be a predictor of Work Engagement in generation Z employees.This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research type.Population in this study are Gen Z employees from various companies or small bussines and government workers. Sample determination using accidental sampling technique. In This study has 2 variables, Employe Well Being which is the independent variable (X) measured by Employee Well Being Scale (EWBS) and Work Engagement which is the dependent variable (Y), The scale used to measure Work Engagement are Utrecht Work Engagement Scale 9 (UWES-9). The results of the data analysis conducted can be concluded that the Employee Well Being variable can positively predict Work Engagement in Generation Z employees. It is also known that Work engagement can be predicted by Employee well being with an effectiveness rate of 59.6%, and the rest of the other factors that are not included in this study. Of the three aspects of Employee Well Being, the Life Well Being (LWB) aspect is the most influential aspect with an effective contribution of 27.1
