Abstract
Abstract. Work-life balance is a balance within an individual relating to work life and personal life. Individuals who achieve work-life balance can be seen in their ability to balance the demands and responsibilities in their roles. Now women not only work as housewives, but women also have equal opportunities in the world of work with men. However, for career women, this is a challenge for them where women who work will face several risks due to both roles being carried out at once, so they are required to be able to balance their time at work and personal life. The aim of this research is to determine the picture of work-life balance among career women in Tolitoli Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, with sampling using accidental sampling with non-probability or non-random sampling with a sample of 123 active female respondents. The scale used is the Work/No Work Interference and Enhancement scale which was developed and adapted by (Fisher, 2009) from 24 items to 17 items with a reliability of 0.779 and a validity of 0.276-0.668. Based on the results of this research, it shows that the majority of career women in Tolitoli Regency have a moderate level of work-life balance, so more attention is needed in managing work-life balance.
