Abstract
Learning achievement is a student intellectual ability that greatly determines future success. The problem often experienced by schools is the large number of students who obtain low learning outcomes or learning achievements. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a relationship between self-efficacy and student learning achievement. The method used in this research is quantitative with a total of 150 students as subjects. Sample used accidental sampling technique. The instrument used to measure self-efficacy is the Self-Efficacy Scale based on the concept of Bandura's theory. The learning achievement variable is measured by the average value of the report card. The result of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r) is 0.154 with a significant value of 0.061 (p>0,05), which means there is no relationship between self-efficacy and learning achievement.
