Traffic is a crucial aspect of societal life that requires legal compliance to ensure safety. However, in Blitar City, traffic violations by students are still frequent, contributing to a rise in accidents.
The main causes of these violations include the students' lack of knowledge about traffic rules, minimal parental supervision, and the absence of adequate public transportation. This research aims to analyze the factors behind student traffic violations and the police's efforts to reduce such violations. The police's efforts involve both preventive and repressive measures through traffic law enforcement and educational outreach. Additionally, the roles of parents and the community are deemed essential in this endeavor.
