Abstract
Technology has played a very important role, namely digital technology in the MSME sector. There is an association or organization of lecturers called the Academic Association of Creative Economy (AACE). AACE is an association whose vision is to become an association to build a creative economy. AACE faces opposition because it does not have partners or relationships to conduct research that meets community needs and needs a platform in the form of a digital platform such as a website to facilitate academics and creative economy actors.
The Publication and Collaboration Information System (Siskakol) is a website which is expected to meet the needs of the Academic Association of Creative Economy (AACE) in utilizing research. The aim of this research is to implement or design a prototype design using a design thinking approach and carry out testing using usability testing with a usability scale (SUS) system. In the research and design process there are several stages in design thinking including Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test. These five stages are very useful for solving problems for potential users who then create ideas and solutions to existing problems. and the final result of this research is a prototype design with testing using a usability scale system which produces a score of 73.5 and gets an Acceptable score on the SUS.
