Abstract

This study has the title “The Influence of Exports and Interest Rates on Economic Growth in Indonesia with the Exchange Rate as a Moderating Variable in 1992-2022.” This research uses secondary data from the World Bank, which can be accessed at https://www.worldbank.org/, in the form of an annual time series spanning the years 1993 to 2022. In this study, Simple Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) are used to assess the equality hypothesis that fits the two models. These analyses are meant to give an explanation for the outcomes. The results of data analysis show that exports had a major and positive influence on Indonesia’s economic growth between 1993 and 2022. Interest rates have a significant and positive influence on Indonesia’s economic growth from 1993 to 2022. The results of this study’s MRA test show that the exchange rate has the power to lessen the negative effects of exports on Indonesia’s economic growth. The MRA test results in this study show that interest rates’ impact on Indonesia’s economic growth cannot be lessened by the exchange rate
