PERUBAHAN KONDISI KESEJAHTERAAN SOSIAL KELUARGA PEKERJA MIGRAN LUAR NEGERI DI DESA LUWORO KECAMATAN PILANGKENCENG KABUPATEN MADIUN

This writing aims to find out how the welfare conditions of migrant worker families in Luworo village change before and after working abroad. The subjects in this research involved 10 people located in Luworo Village, Pilangkenceng District, Madiun Regency. The total subjects included 7 families of migrant workers, 2 former migrant workers and 1 village official at the research location. The method used is a qualitative research method. Meanwhile, to collect data, the author used interview, observation and documentation methods. From the results of this research, the author found that there were several changes experienced by the subjects studied. These changes are related to changes that occur in material/economic, spiritual and social aspects.
