Method : This research is observational or non-experimental , namely in the form of a retrospective study with a consecutive sampling method in coronary artery disease patients for the period 1 January to 31 December 2023.
Results and Coclucsions : The most common pattern of Single Therapy Use was Clopidogrel (1x75 mg) po in 22 patients. The most common pattern of Combination Therapy 2 use was Acetosal (1x80 mg) po + Clopidogrel (1x75 mg) po in 52 patients (60%). The use of Combination Therapy 3 used in this study was Acetosal (1x320 mg) po + Clopidogrel (1x300 mg) po + Ticagrelor (1x180 mg) po in 5 patients (56%) . There were a total of 45 switches.
