Abstract

The phenomenon of dual roles in students is a condition where students take lectures while working part-time, in this condition, students must be able to manage their time well and have independence in learning to maintain their academic achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of time management mediation with self-regulated learning on academic achievement in part-time students and to determine the impact of self-regulated learning on academic achievement in part-time students. This research method uses quantitative research with correlational studies and mediation regression analysis. The
sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with an incidental sampling type. This research instrument uses the self-regulated learning scale, academic achievement scale, and time management scale. The results of data analysis using mediation regression show that time
management can mediate self-regulated learning on academic achievement in part-time students with a z-value of 3.908, and there is a significant positive effect between self-regulated learning and academic achievement in part-time students with a z-value of 15.041.
