Abstract

Supporting manufacturing facilities, such as workshops, enable enhanced maintenance efficiency, minimize production downtime, and improve maintenance quality. To meet these needs, adequate supporting manufacturing facilities are essential. The “Technical Planning of the Workshop and Spare Parts Building for PT. Sariguna Primatirta Plant Palembang” is designed according to the manufacturing requirements of the site, utilizing steel as the primary construction material due to its numerous advantages, such as reduced construction time, seismic resistance, and uniform material quality. The workshop and spare parts building is planned to have dimensions of 36 m in length, 12 m in width, and three stories in height. The design adheres to the latest regulations, including SNI 1725:2020, SNI 1727:2020, SNI 7860:2020, SNI 2847:2019, and SNI 1726:2019. The planning results in a slab thickness of 150 mm with M10-200 wire mesh reinforcement; secondary beams using WF 200.100.5.5.8 profiles; primary beams using WF 300.150.6.5.9 profiles; and columns using HB 300.300.10.15 and WF 300.150.6.5.9 profiles. The foundation piles are designed to be installed at a depth of 8 m, resting on an SPT 60 layer. The total estimated budget required is Rp 6.019.450.000,- with a construction duration of 115 days.
