Background: Tuberculosis is an infectious disease with a high mortality rate in the world caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Every year, 2 billion people worldwide are infected and around 1.5 million people die from tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is spread to other people through coughing or other activities that cause the organisms to become aerosolized. Clinical symptoms of patients affected by Tuberculosis include coughing, weight loss, fatigue, fever, and night sweats and weight loss.

Objective: The pattern of use of tuberculosis in children including the type of drug, dose, route of use, and duration of drug administration in pediatric tuberculosis patients at the outpatient installation of RSUD R.T Notopuro Sidoarjo.

Method: Using descriptive observational methods on pediatric tuberculosis patients at RSUD R.T Notopuro Sidoarjo for the period 1 January - 31 December 2023.

Results and Conclusions: The sample of Health Medical Records (RMK) that met the inclusion criteria was 30 patients. From patient demographic data based on gender, the number of male patients was 18 patients (60%) compared to 12 female patients (40%). The largest age group for pediatric TB patients is 2 years old (23%). KDT OAT therapy was used in 30 patients (95.7%) and only one patient (4.3%) used dose changes. The maximum patient weight is >30 kg, so the dose per tablet is (75/150 mg). There were 7 OAT therapy switch changing patterns.
