Abstract
Marketing based on customer experience is an opportunity for brands, products and services to interact with consumers connected with brands in sensory ways. The customer's unique experience drive sales and add Citra Merek and awareness through senses, feel, think, action and relate with the company and brand. Increasing customer satisfaction will lead customer experience that is always remembered and customer loyalty will be stronger, so cost of getting new customers is reduced and the company is still able to survive in the mid of competition, has a competitive advantage and increases profits.
