Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior mediated by work engagement. The object of the research at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Dinoyo Malang with a population of all employees with total 38 employees. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique because the population is relatively small. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses scale ranges, path analysis and hypothesis testing with the help of SPSS V.23 software. The results of this study show that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work engagement, work engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and work engagement can mediate the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior.
