Abstract
This study aims to: describe the conditions of job training, work discipline and employee performance, analyze the effect of job training on employee performance, analyze the effect of job training on work discipline, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, analyze the mediating role of work discipline on the effect of job training on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Multipack Thamrin Jaya with a total of 40 respondents using the total sampling technique. The method used is SEM-PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that all the effects of independent variables on the dependent have a significant positive effect and work discipline can mediate the effect of job training on employee performance.
