Abstract
Mothers who work as health workers have heavy work demands. The transition period from pandemic to endemic has a psychological impact caused by workload in the form of an increase in the number of patients seeking treatment due to relaxed restrictions on patients seeking treatment. This can have implications for parenting self-efficacy for nurses who already have children. Work and family are two things that are not always compatible, so it is very possible for conflict to occur between the two (work family conflict). Therefore, it is important to know the influence of work family conflict on parenting self-efficacy in nurses during the Covid-19 endemic. Data collection uses probability sampling with simple random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out using the self-efficacy for parenting tasks index (SEPTI) scale (31 items (ρ): 0.935) and the work family conflict scale (18 items (ρ): 0.920). The method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research are significant at 0.000 (<0.05), stating that there is an influence of work family conflict on parenting self-efficacy. The calculated F value is 85.527. The regression coefficient (β) of -0.435 indicates that it has the opposite effect. The influence of work family conflict on parenting self-efficacy is 25.7%
