Abstract
This study aims to determine the policies used by the Government of Bojonegoro in managing oil and gas in economic resilience and the impact on the development of oil and gas mining in the socio-economic community in the village Mojodelik Gayam District Bojonegoro. Because in fact, development becomes a process of improvement that is carried out regularly and runs continuously towards a better direction, to provide benefits for the welfare of the community.
The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative prioritizing a deeper understanding of the subject by using data collection techniques such as observation, interview, and documentation. Problem formulation to analyze how the Bojonegoro government's policy in managing oil and Gas resources, as well as the impact on the Mojodelik Village Community.
The results of this study is known that terwujdnya economic resilience in the period of Regent Suyoto achieved through the issuance of regional Regulation No. 23 of 2011. Transparency and accountability of local governments are the main factors contributing to the improvement of the regional economy. Furthermore, the negative impact caused by oil and gas management policies is greater than the positive impact because the overall community feels more negative impacts such as socio-economic and environmental stability of the community is disturbed, as well as the income of the mojodelik village community is reduced, the location of agricultural land with houses further away, reduced water absorption, reduced interaction between farmers and farm laborers, and the emergence of envy among farmers affected by land acquisition. And its positive impact is able to help facilitate travel, including speeding up mileage and shortening travel time between regions considering that roads without obstacles speed up travel time.
