Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess the time and cost of the Gresik Sehati Hospital Development project activity plan. The project site is located on Jl. Raya Slempit, Kedamean Regency, Gresik Province, East Java. The PERT method analyzes the likelihood that the project will complete its time and cost by accelerating activities on critical paths. The data used in this study came from the Gresik Sehati Hospital construction project. To reduce the impact of activity delays, consider adding manpower or adding overtime hours for critical activities. The results of the study show that there are 16 critical paths for structural work. Despite the project's delays in the field, the schedule was completed within 216 days. After the calculation of the critical path using the PERT method was carried out, it was found that the probability of the project being completed in 185 days was 99%. According to the analysis, the optimal duration of the project is 185 days with two possible accelerations. If the acceleration is carried out by increasing the workforce of workers, the cost of the accident is Rp. 111,442,071. If acceleration is carried out by adding 4 hours of lemur, the cost of the accident is Rp. 184,201,971.
