PERILAKU AGRESI NARAPIDANA PADA PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PEMERKOSAAN: STUDI KASUS

On several occasions, aggression between prisoners in prisons can occur due to various reasons, such as the presence of the perpetrator of the crime of rape. Aggressive behavior between prisoners often results in quite bad conditions for victims, such as injuries all over the body to loss of life. The purpose of this research is to find out more deeply about the causes, aggression behavior, and the condition of the victims of inmate aggression against the perpetrators of the crime of rape. This research uses a qualitative research design with a case study approach. The subjects involved in this study were two perpetrators of beatings against perpetrators of criminal acts of rape in an agency with each subject having one significant other from the family, there was also one significant other from the agency officer where the incident occurred who had access to see CCTV footage of the beating with the victim of a criminal act of rape. The results and discussion showed that the participants showed the causes, aggression behavior, and victim conditions of the inmate aggression against the perpetrator of the crime of rape.
