Abstract

Occupational Health and Environmental Safety (K3L) is an important part of the construction services sector to protect workers from the dangers of accidents and occupational diseases and protect the work environment from negative impacts. This research uses a data collection method by distributing questionnaires related to Occupational Health and Safety (K3L) which were distributed to 57 samples of workers at the Hermina Pasuruan Hospital Construction Project as primary data. After obtaining primary data, modeling analysis was carried out using the smart-pls 3.0 application by carrying out several tests such as testing the initial model (outer model), namely convergent validity, discriminant validity and construct reliability. The tests for the final model (inner model) are the R-square test, path coefficient test, t-statistic test, Q-square test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results of the modeling analysis show the influence and level of significance with the path coefficient test value. The work environment variable does not have a significant effect on the labor productivity variable with a T-static value = 1.062 < (T-table = 1.65). Meanwhile, the K3 implementation variable and the labor variable have a significant effect on the labor productivity variable with the T-statistic value of the K3 implementation variable = 1.711 > (T-table = 1.65) and the T-statistic value of the labor variable = 2.068 > (T-table = 1.65). It can be concluded that indirectly the higher the work environment, the lower labor productivity. The higher the implementation of K3 can increase labor productivity by 24.1%. And the higher the workforce training, workforce professionals can increase workforce productivity by 36.2%.
