Abstract

University students often feel feelings such as anxiety, fear and worry about what will happen to the life they will live, this is caused by a lot of pressure, such as feeling confused, panicked and even stressed. This is because they are at a transitional age from adolescence to adulthood. At this age, with this condition, it can be said to be the Quarter Life Crisis phenomenon, with this condition it will affect their quality of life. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Quarter Life Crisis on the quality of life of final year students. This research used quantitative methods with 301 male/female criteria as subjects who were undergoing their final assignment or thesis.
Data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The instruments used were the Quarter Life Crisis scale and WHOQOL-BREFF (World Health Organization Quality Of Life BREFF). The research results showed that the Quarter Life Crisis had a negative and significant effect on the quality of life, indicated by the sig value. 0.000 which means <0.05 indicates a significant value between variables and with an R value of -0.604 and R square with a value of 0.365.
