Abstract
Generation Z is currently ranked first in the population in Indonesia so Generation Z will be the focus of companies in the future. However, the problem that arises is that Generation Z is vulnerable to thisturnover in their workplace where this occurs based on a desire to move orTurnover Intention the presence of this desire will have a negative impact on the company.Psychological well-being is one that can influence generational employeesturnover intention. The aim of this research is to determine the effectpsychological well-being to phenomenaturnover intention in generation z employees. This research uses a correlational quantitative approach. With the instruments usedTurnover Intention and Psychological well-being. To determine the sample in this study, we usedpurposive sampling There were 150 respondents obtained. The results of the analysis use simple linear regression (p=0.000) with the value (themselves= 0.572). This shows that there is no significant influence betweenpsychological well-being toturnover intention towards generation z employees.
