Abstract

SMEs are a productive economic initiative established to support economic growth, both nationally and locally, thereby having a positive impact on the growth and development of other sectors. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and business capital both partially and simultaneously on the financial performance of MSMEs in the trade sector in Mojokerto Regency. This research uses a sample of 98 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the trade sector from Mojokerto Regency. The sampling technique uses the method of proportionate stratified random sampling. The questionnaire is used to collect data, which is then analyzed using SPSS 23 software. Based on the research findings, financial literacy, financial inclusion, and business capital all impact financial performance. Financial literacy has a significant impact on financial performance. The variable of financial inclusion has a partial and substantial effect on financial performance. The variable of business capital does not influence financial performance
