Abstract
In high-rise buildings, the use of bored pile foundations has the aim of resisting the forces acting on the upper structure of the building. Based on analysis using the STAAD.Pro V8i application software, it was found that the largest axial load at grid column point H-4 was 3538.07 kN. The planned drilled pile foundation with a diameter of 0.6 m with a pile bearing capacity of 1696.307 kN and a group pile bearing capacity of 4394.28 kN with eight meters depth. There will be 3 types of pile cap are planned, type 1 use dimensions of 5.4 m x 1.8 m x 1 m, type 2 has dimeensions 3.0 m x 1.5 m x 1 m, and type 3 is for single pile has dimentions 1.2 m x 1.2 m x 0.4 m. This type of pile cap is obtained from the largest axial load, with a reinforcement arrangement of D22 – 100 mm for pile cap types one and two also D19 – 100 m for the third type in the x and y direction pile cap reinforcement, while for the reinforcement for use D22 – 100 mm and D19-100 mm. The largest immediate settlement occurred at 1.084 cm and the largest consolidation settlement occurred in Grid H-4 at 6.86 cm and will occurre in 60 years. The settlement in tall buildings is required to meet the equation S < 15+b/600 and is found to be 7.945 cm < 15.9 cm, thus fulfilling the equation based on (SNI 8460-2017:178) concerning Geotechnical engineering.
