Abstract
The issue of mental health is a widespread condition experienced by individuals worldwide, irrespective of race, culture, and place of residence. Every person can encounter mental health challenges, particularly in the context of the modern era. Leveraging existing modern technology, such as smartphones, to aid individuals dealing with mental health issues, a design for the Psy Chat application has been developed. This application aims to facilitate online consultation and therapy, equipped with features tailored to assist those grappling with mental health problems. The design of the Psy Chat application follows the Human Centered Design (HCD) approach, a method that involves users in its creation process. The goal is to identify needs that can be beneficial and align with the preferences of individuals facing mental health concerns.
