Abstract

August 17, 1945 Cluring Junior High School is a school located in East Java Province which coincides with the Cluring sub-district. August 17, 1945 Junior High School has many ongoing business processes such as the business process of admitting new students, registering library members and administration. However, in the PPDB and Library Member Registration business processes, there has been no process update to support managing these services, so that the processes carried out are not efficient. Before making a system as a solution to existing services, of course, efficiency analysis needs to be done. One way can be done by testing throughput efficiency through Business Process Reengineering. One of the objectives of conducting business process re-engineering is to analyze the current business process and then redesign the new business process to improve service quality and performance. There are several stages required in business process re-engineering, namely, business process analysis, throughput efficiency test, process design refinement, business process recommendations, throughput efficiency test recommendations, and throughput efficiency test comparison design. The throughput efficiency test results increased by 58,9% and 60,4.5% from 34% and 50.5% in both processes to 24,9% and 9,9%.
