Abstract
This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Job Training and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention, as well as to find out a picture of Job Training, Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intention at Roketto Coffee and Co. The employee population was 36 employees. Using census sampling techniques, a sample of 36 respondents was obtained. Data collection through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is a range of scales and linear multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis of the Job Training scale range include the good category, Sufficient Organizational Commitment and Sufficient Turnover Intention. The results of the regression analysis show that Job Training has a Negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant influence on Turnover Intention, and the simultaneous test results show that Job Training and Organizational Commitment have a simultaneous and significant influence on Turnover Intention.
