ANALISIS PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI MYUMM PARENT MENGGUNAKAN USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ) (STUDI KASUS : UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH MALANG)

The development of information technology is able to improve performance that allows various activities to be carried out quickly and precisely. Technology can be utilized in various fields, one of which is in lecture activities (education). In this research, researcher analyze user experience on the MyUMM Parent application as the object of research. The reason the researcher chose the application as the object of his research is because there are still many parents of UMM students who does not use the MyUMM Parent application. The purpose of this research is to determine the results of measuring and assessing six aspects of the MyUMM Parent application using the UEQ method. The method used was the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results showed that of the six UEQ aspects assessed, five UEQ aspects (Perspicuity, Dependability, Efficiency, Attractiveness, and Stimulation) were in the positive evaluation area, but needed to be improved on the “Novelty” aspect.
