ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA TN.S DENGAN DIAGNOSA MEDIS PANSITOPENIA MENURUT TEORI KEPERAWATAN “VIRGINIA HENDERSON” DI RUANG BUNAKEN RS. SAIFUL ANWAR MALANG

Background: Pancytopenia is a condition where there is a decrease in the number of cells from all major blood cell lines, including red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. One consequence of pancytopenia can lead to physical mobility impairments or interfere with daily activities. Therefore, patients suffering from pancytopenia with physical mobility issues must be promptly intervened to prevent muscle stiffness and muscle weakness.
Objective: To determine the effect of Passive ROM Therapy on Physical Mobility Disorders with Pancytopenia Diagnosis
Research Method: This study uses a case report approach where the study focuses on a specific case to be observed and analyzed carefully. This type of research is conducted when researchers want to obtain a detailed description of a particular case.
Results: Researchers identified the nursing diagnosis of physical mobility disorder. Researchers provided interventions based on Virginia Henderson's nursing theory by conducting Passive ROM exercises for patients diagnosed with pancytopenia and physical mobility disorders.
Conclusion: Based on the results of clinical practice assessments, nursing care actions, intervention plans, and intervention implementation using the Virginia Henderson theory approach on Mr. S with a medical diagnosis of pancytopenia for 3 days in the Bunaken Room of Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang, can be applied in the patient's healing process.
