Abstract
The aim of this research is to find out what factors influence the increase in divorce rates at young marriage ages (0-5 years) in 2021-2022 in the Bojonegoro Religious Courts, considering that the increase is quite significant in the period of one year. The research method used is qualitative with the type of research being library research and using a normative approach, while the data analysis uses deductive, discourse and inductive analysis methods. This research was conducted at the Bojonegoro Religious Court using normative research methods, the primary data source was directly from the Registrar of the Bojonegoro Religious Court, then the secondary data came from the decisions of the Bojonegoro Religious Court in the Supreme Court Decisions directory. The results of this research show that there are 4 dominant factors that cause the increase in divorce rates at young marriages in the Bojonegoro Religious Courts in 2021-2022.
