Abstract
The foundation is the lower structure in the building that is directly related to the ground and has a function to carry the load of the building above it, such as columns, beams, and plates, and will be forwarded into the hard soil that the depth has been planned. Based on soil data from drilling results and standard penetration tests (SPT) in the field, the soil type at the project site is clay with a soft soil site classification. The bored pile foundation used in this planning is a 37-meter-long bored pile with a diameter of 0.4 meter with 6D16 mm main reinforcement and Ø10-75 mm spiral reinforcement. Based on the results of loading analysis with ETABS software, the maximum axial load acting on the bored pile foundation is 5972,352 kN, which occurs on grid column 23, and the minimum axial load is 363,269 kN, which occurs on grid column 70. The bearing capacity value of a single pile at a depth of 37 meters, which has a diameter of 40 cm, is 1379,712 kN for DB-1 soil data.
