Abstract
The high level of turnover intention can create a negative image in the eyes of business partners. Some employees who are dissatisfied with their jobs tend to have the intention to leave their positions. Job satisfaction, which refers to the positive or negative feelings
employees have toward their work, is expected to help the company reduce turnover intention. This research is a non-experimental quantitative study using the quota sampling technique and involving 270 outsourced employees at PT X as participants. The measurement tools used are the Job Satisfaction Scale and the Turnover Intention Scale. The analysis results show a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention, meaning that the higher the employees' job satisfaction, the lower their intention to leave the company. Conversely, the lower the employees' job satisfaction, the higher their turnover intention. These findings emphasize the importance of increasing job satisfaction to reduce turnover intention at PT X.
