Abstract

Entrepreneurs who process coffee beans into ground coffee need to obtain information on calculating added value and profits after production. The research objectives are: 1). Analyzing the added value resulting from the coffee processing process by entrepreneurs 2). Analyze the profits generated by entrepreneurs from processing ground coffee. Quantitative research methods are explained descriptively. The respondent collection technique used was a census of 3 entrepreneurs. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation. The average added value obtained from the three respondents was around Rp. 16,463/Kg to Rp. 27,864 with a value added percentage ratio ranging from 32% to 44%. The profits obtained by the three respondents ranged from Rp. 64,633/production up to Rp. 188,641/production. In an effort to increase added value and profits, it is recommended that entrepreneurs 1 and 2 increase the selling price so that the resulting profits and added value are higher as well as establishing a coffee processing group in Sumbertempur Village to become a place for discussion and exchange of opinions to improve the quality of ground coffee products.
