Abstract

Software testing is essential for verifying every software that a system meets its requirements and preventing software defects. Testing newly developed systems like Laundry Solutions is crucial for ensuring quality of system. This research aims to test all features in the SolusiLaundry system, which is a laundry management service in the city of Semarang. The basis path technique was used to design test cases, which is one of the white box testing. The stages of this research consist of analysing flowcharts and making flowgraphs, calculating the value of cyclomatic complexity, determining independent paths, and designing test cases as scenarios that must be tested. The test results showed that of the nine test case scenarios tested, there were nine paths passed and 0 paths with incorrect conditions. Test results indicate that all paths were successfully executed and prove that the Laundry Solutions system is suitable and effectively met its functional requirements.
